We needed to create a site to introduce Windows 11, as well as a site that could provide support for pre-existing customers. Our design goal was to create a space with a sense of calmness—for a product you could be in control of, feel at ease with, and trust while searching for answers.

The next generation of Windows required a deep understanding of their rich 35-year history—an understanding rooted in empathy for both past milestones and evolving human needs.
